Departure:
We ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
You are welcome to settle your bill the evening before.
Allergy sufferers:
Ask about our allergy bed linen. All rooms are equipped with super care mattress protectors.
We do our best to prepare meals with consideration for reported allergies and intolerances. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee 100% that no traces of these allergens and ingredients get into the food.

Cosmetic treatments, massages, baths, hayrax oven and Swiss pine treatment
by arrangement – please secure your appointment in time!
Pharmacy:
In Berchtesgaden and the surrounding area, we would be happy to provide you with more information. Our family doctor has div. Medicines, the reception is equipped for “first aid” cases.
Infant:
Cribs, diaper pail, high chair, changing mat, etc. are available at the reception.
Baby-sitter:
We would be happy to take care of you. Please let us know in good time.
Bank / ATM:
The nearest ATMs are located in Berchtesgaden: Sparkasse (Maximilianstr. 6), VR-Bank (Bahnhofstr. 2), Postbank (Franziskanerplatz 2).
Bed linen:
If you need an additional pillow, a different type of pillow or an additional blanket, please contact reception. We offer the following selection of pillows: Swiss stone pine, foam pillows, neck rolls and down pillows.
Pay:
You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash or with an EC card, Visa and Euro / Master card.

Bus:
The bus line 848 goes 200m from our house to Berchtesgaden and the skiing and hiking area Roßfeld. The timetable can be found in the key box at reception. Further timetables (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg) are available on request.

Bath towels and bathrobes: Bathrobes are available in the rooms during your stay. Please put them back in the bathroom after use or when you leave. In the event of loss, we would be forced to charge €32.00. Thank you for your understanding.

If necessary, we will be happy to include luggage for you. Information is available at the reception. If you wish, we will be happy to assist you with the transport of your luggage.
Indoor swimming pool:
Open daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday and Friday until 9 p.m;
with waterfall, counter-current system and air bubble bench.
Please do not jump from the edge of the pool. No noise and spraying prohibited!
Do not enter with street shoes; children must be accompanied by an adult!

Towels / bed linen:
A daily exchange of terry towels, bathrobes and bed linen is possible on request.
Dogs:
Dogs are allowed (except suites and wellness area). The cost is € 15.00 per day/dog. There is a walk behind the house. We would like to point out that we have to invoice the damage caused by the dog, if necessary, a final cleaning of the room may be charged.

Hygiene products:
Soap, shampoo, bubble bath and other cosmetic and hygiene items can be found in the room free of charge. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and disposable razors are available from reception; other things please on request.

Cell phone chargers and socket adapters can be borrowed free of charge from reception.

Our minibar contains a selection of various drinks and small snacks. We would be happy to equip them for you according to your individual requirements. Please hand in the completed minibar order pad to our staff. The bottle on the table contains valuable “Grander water”. This is free for you.

From 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. Please be considerate.
Sewing service:
Should minor repair work arise, such as a loose button that has to be sewn on – no problem, we will take care of it immediately. You are also welcome to borrow sewing kits from reception.
Non-smoking hotel:
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel!

Cleaning:
We are happy to drop off your clothes at a dry cleaner in Berchtesgaden and bring them back within 24 hours.
Umbrellas:
In case of inconsistent weather, umbrellas are available for loan at the two entrance areas.
Restaurant:
Mon-Fri from 14:00, weekends open from 11:00
On Tuesday (day off) the restaurant is only open in the evening for guests with half board.
There is no day off between December 24 and January 6.
Dinner:
In the restaurant from 17.30 to 20.00 (seasonally also longer). The bistro card is valid until 22.00 hrs
Reception:
Staffed from 6:00 a.m. to midnight or can be reached by dialing 401, 410 or 407.
Room service:
Breakfast in the room from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., food available until 10 p.m.
Sauna area:
Daily from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Safe:
To deposit your valuables, please use the room safe. Only then can liability be assumed. A safe is also available at the reception.
Closing hours:
The hotel is locked from about 22.00. Please take your room key with you in case you come home later. You can use it to open – and please lock again – the front door at the back entrance.
On behalf of the other guests, we ask you to observe the night’s rest from 10.00 p.m. (also on the balconies). Thank you very much!

Please use the laundry bag in your wardrobe for this. You will get your own laundry back within 9 hours (if you hand it in before 9:00 a.m.), ironed if you wish. We also offer dry cleaning on request.
